The VCF225-420 mobile antenna is an omni-directional, vertically polarised, rugged and versatile UHF antenna intended for groundto-air, ground-to-ground, ship-to-shore, marine and general rapid mobile communications in the 225 to 420 MHz range. Encased in a high strength fibreglass sleeve, the VCF225-420 is robust, impact resistant, and able to withstand the rigorous demands of harsh environments. Being centre-fed in design, the VCF225-420 is groundplane independent and therefore ideal on platforms where limited or no groundplane is available, or for mast-mounting (mast adapter required).
